Are you seeking employment? If you are unemployed, or simply looking for a career change, Queens Career Connect can help!

The Samuel Field Y and Central Queens Y's Queens Career Connect programs are excited to be hosting a recruitment day for Selfhelp, at the Central Queens Y on Friday, January 13, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. 

Selfhelp is a division of self help community services that trains, certifies and places individuals interested in becoming Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides. They offer jobs starting at $10-$11/hour, paid travel between cases, free annual physicals, mentors, peer coaches, and an opportunity for a fresh career path.
