The Samuel Field Y and their Center for Helping Individuals with Learning Differences will be hosting a Life After
High School presentation, exploring how to create an effective transition process for students and children with
special needs. Join us at the Y on Wednesday, February 27, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

This presentation will explore program options and requirements for students with Learning Disabilities and
Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) once they have graduated High School, and will allow for a questions/answers
section after the presentation.
